Work product created during an engagement remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing; clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes as specified in the engagement agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Consultant and Mindy Gibson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
